What is Pilates?
Based on the method pioneered by Joseph Pilates, this is a unique exercise approach to mind-body vitality that effectively refines body awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility while integrating the deep muscles of the torso and toning from the inside out.
Pilates offers several important benefits:

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga weaves classical Hatha Yoga postures with fluidity and pranayama (breath work). Vinyasa practice focuses on releasing the lower back, neck, shoulders and hips. The aim is to restore, balance and revitalize. Perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
