Head Pain
Head pain can range from mild to severe and it can appear anywhere on your head. Head pain can be caused by a variety of factors including concussions, headaches, poor posture, and arthritis.
My Head Hurts
You may experience a headache as a result of swollen sinuses, head injury, hunger, stress or lack of sleep. Headaches may also be a sign of another medical condition. Over-the-counter pain relievers including acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and aspirin can help control headache pain.
My Head is Spinning
If you feel like your head is spinning, you’re experiencing dizziness. Dizziness by itself isn’t concerning, but if you’re experiencing additional symptoms like vomiting, double vision, and fainting you may have a serious medical condition. Concussions, motion sickness, ear infections, and medications can all cause dizziness.
