Why Does My Leg Hurt?
Most leg pain is a result of overuse or injury. Typically for a mild muscle strain, all you need to help control pain and swelling is rest, ice, and over-the-counter pain relievers. If your pain is severe and you’re unable to walk, you may have a serious injury.
Why Does My Leg Cramp?
If you’re experiencing leg cramps, you may have strained a muscle or overused a muscle. Other common reasons for leg cramping include dehydration or holding a position for a prolonged period of time.
