Kelly Bradley, Physical Therapist
Kelly graduated from Arcadia University with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1998. She specializes in women’s health, pelvic pain and chronic pain and conditions.
Kelly has completed extensive training in evidence-based mind-body healing, retraining the brain and calming the nervous system, lifestyle medicine, behavioral modification and clinical health & nutrition coaching. She combines her areas of expertise to help people heal the root cause or causes of their issues while successfully navigating their daily life.
Kelly uses an integrative approach to treatment including education, behavioral modification strategies, therapeutic exercise and movement, home programs, stress management strategies and specialized manual therapies such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, cupping, myofascial release and more.
Kelly is currently pursuing her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy and advanced certifications in Pelvic Health and Women’s Health through Herman & Wallace and the APTA. Kelly experienced her own journey with chronic pelvic pain sparking her passion and dedication to effectively treating and helping people with similar issues.
Kelly lives in West Linn, Oregon with her husband, two boys (Mason and Owen) and dog, Finn. She loves spending time moving and playing in nature with her boys and Finn, cooking and eating healthy and delicious meals and experimenting with new self-care rituals.
