Krista Ernsdorf, DPT, ASTYM, BikeFit Certified

Krista graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2005. She then attended Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2008.Krista became interested in physical therapy when she fractured her tibia from an overuse running injury in high school. That became her first experience with a physical therapist and she later became even more intrigued during undergraduate schooling and volunteer hours.

Her post-graduate education consists heavily of NAOIMT courses and Strain-Counterstrain courses for a large emphasis of fascial release techniques. She has also begun training in Pilates which she looks forward to incorporating in her treatment regimen. She is BikeFit Certified and particularly enjoys working with patients experiencing cervical, shoulder and lumbar spine issues. Krista works with patients ages eight and older, regardless of their level of complexity and diagnoses to make sure they finish PT better than they were before injury.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Ben, son Blake and black lab Roxy. She also enjoys traveling, snowboarding, running, wakeboarding, and anything that takes her outside.
